Submit a Recipe!
I am always looking for new recipes so that the site can continue to grow. If you would like to submit a recipe of your own, please e-mail me with the following information:
- Name of the recipe
- List of ingredients and measurements
- Detailed step-by-step instructions for preparation and cooking
- Serving suggestions (optional)
- Chef’s Tips (optional)
- Number of servings the recipe yields
- A story about why the recipe is meaningful to you or what makes it unique
- The original source of the recipe. This is very important, especially if the recipe is from a copyrighted source!
- City and state where you live.
- The name you would like to be called when I credit you on my site. (To protect your privacy, I will only use your first name).
Once I receive your recipe, I will try it myself. If I like it, I will add it to the site! Thank you in advance for your contribution!

Black Bean Brownies
1 can Black Beans (Reg size)
1 Box (any flavor ) Duncan Hines Brownie mix
Puree beans in food processor & put them in a mixing bowl
add brownie mix andd stir with a fork until blended.
Put mixture in a 7X11 Pyrex dish and even it out. Bake at 400* for 1 hour.
Cut into 16 squares
